Responsibilities
รายละเอียดงาน
- รับวางบิล ตั้งหนี้ ทำเอกสารในการจ่ายชำระหนี้ ออกเอกสารภาษีหัก ณ ที่จ่าย(ภงด3,53) - AP
- ตรวจสอบเอกสารต่างๆ ให้ครบถ้วนถูกต้อง
- กระทบตัวเลขต่างๆ ในระบบทั้งฝั่ง AP
- ติดต่อประสานงานกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- งานต่างๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
- ออกเอกสารต่างๆ ในระบบ PEAK

คุณสมบัติ
- ความรู้ความเข้าใจในงานที่ต้องรับผิดชอบ
- สามารถใช้โปรแกรม ได้เป็นอย่างดี Microsoft office, Google tools
- มีความคล่องแคล่วในงานที่ได้รับมอบหมายและการจัดการ โดยเฉพาะด้านเอกสาร
- ทำงานเป็นขั้นเป็นตอน มีทักษะการทำงานร่วมกับผู้อื่น
- เข้าใจธุรกิจและภาพรวมของบริษัท
- มีมนุษย์สัมพันธ์ ทักษะการสื่อสาร การประสานงานและทำงานเป็นทีมได้ดี
คุณสมบัติ
- วุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี สาขาบัญชี
- ชาย-หญิง อายุ 23-30 ปี
- มีความรู้และประสบการณ์ในงานบัญชี 1-2 ปี
- มีความสามารถในการใช้คอมพิวเตอร์โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูปได้ โดยเฉพาะ Excel
- หากเคยใช้ Program PEAK จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีความสามารถในการใช้ภาษาอังกฤษได้พอควร
- มีทักษะในการสื่อสาร การเจรจาต่อรอง และการประสานงานกับบุคคลอื่นได้ดี
