Responsibilities
Product & Technical Support
- Prepare and review product documentation for medical device registration, e-bidding, and tender processes.
- Compare product specifications with competitors and support technical evaluations.
- Provide product knowledge, clinical information, and technical consultation to healthcare professionals (doctors, nurses, pharmacists).
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions for customers and internal teams.
- Support product trials, installations, or clinical use when required.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Sales & Business Support
- Collaborate with the sales team to support business development and product promotion activities.
- Assist in developing sales tools, product materials, and presentations.
- Support marketing activities, exhibitions, or product launches.
- Identify customer needs and provide product recommendations
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Sciences, Medical Technology, Radiological Technology, Pharmacy, Nursing, Life Sciences, Engineering, or related fields.
- Experience in medical devices, healthcare industry, clinical support, or healthcare sales preferred.
- Understanding of hospital environment, clinical workflow, or medical equipment is a plus.
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Self-driven with strong problem-solving ability.
- Customer-focused mindset and service orientation.
- Ability to travel upcountry occasionally.
