• Collaborate with all internal and external parties to ensure accurate and timely insurance of shipping documents for customer.
• Prepare order entry, Coordinate with Shipping broker, Freight forwarder, Bank, Transportation and Container loading control.
• Documentary works (Commercial invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin, Insurance and other relate document).
• Operate SAP systems to track shipments and manage orders.
• Coordinate vessel scheduling and monitor shipping timelines.
• Perform regular inventory reconciliation and reporting.
• Coordinate with internal departments and freight forwarders.

• Age 22-25
• Bachelor's degree in related field
• At least 2 years of experience in export document, export admin or related field.
• Experience in beverage business.
• Knowledge to document concerning export sales and Incoterms 2020.
• English (Good writing, reading and understanding)
• Proficiency in Ms.Office Suite, especially excel.
• Good sense of human and work well under pressure.
• Communication and negotiation.
• Problem solving in due time.
• Good Working Hours Management.
• Updating operational procedures to stay consistent with company policies and industry trends.
