Responsibilities
R&D Engineer (Washing Machine 2 positions, Air Conditioner 2 positions)
- Lead new model product development projects to achieve delivery, cost, and quality targets.
- Manage new part approval processes and conduct product qualification tests.
- Monitor and support product quality improvement activities in the field and related manufacturing processes, including design change coordination.
- Participate in short-term and long-term initiatives for quality improvement and cost reduction.
Qualifications
R&D Engineer (Washing Machine 2 positions, Air Conditioner 2 positions)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or other related field.
- New graduate are welcome.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good command of English language, spoken and written.
- Good attitude, pleasant personality, strong management and problem solving skills.
- Prove ability to take responsibility for task management.
- Able to be working under pressure and high responsible
- Able to use graphic program (Adobe Illustrator, 2D CAD)
- Knowledge and understanding of air conditioning systems & heat transfer, fundamentals of electrical (Only Air Conditioner)
