Responsibilities
- Support Human Resources planning and strategic initiatives.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to candidate selection.
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis, design training courses, and coordinate development programs in line with the annual plan.
- Administer and manage employee welfare and benefits programs.
- Organize Employee Engagement activities to foster a positive workplace culture.
- Design and create internal PR materials to effectively communicate HR news and activities.
- Perform other HR-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Maximum age of 30 years.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Political Science, Economics, Liberal Arts, Social Sciences, Psychology, or a related HR field.
- 0-3 years of relevant working experience. New graduates with a keen interest in Human Resources are encouraged to apply.
- Solid foundational knowledge of Human Resources functions and Thai Labor Law.
- Strong research, data gathering, and analytical skills to derive insights for organizational improvement.
- Eagerness to learn, high adaptability, and capability to integrate digital technology into daily work processes.
- Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills with a positive, proactive attitude.
- High level of integrity with the ability to maintain strict confidentiality of employee and organizational data.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience in designing and developing internal corporate programs or tools is a plus.
- Good command of English with a valid TOEIC score of 650 or above.
