Responsibilities
- Lead engineering designs for modifications and integrate new technologies to boost machinery efficiency.
- Establish benchmarks for construction quality, machinery monitoring, and inspection systems for both normal operations and terminal projects.
- Monitor and evaluate equipment health to provide strategic recommendations for technical improvements and troubleshooting.
- Handle the end-to-end bidding process (TOR/ITB), conduct technical evaluations, and present award recommendations to management.
- Manage the full project lifecycle including HAZOP studies, procurement, construction, and commissioning ensuring quality and budget control.
- Maintain and update essential engineering assets (P&IDs, drawings, and standards) to meet international benchmarks.
- Implement proactive maintenance strategies to ensure continuous, safe, and reliable equipment performance.
- Conduct risk assessments and ensure all operations align with corporate policies and safety regulations.
- Maintain high standards across IMS and ISO frameworks
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Age not over 30 years.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Instrumentation, Control system, or related field) or higher
- Expertise in Oil & Gas Control Systems: DCS, SIS, FGS, PLC, and Metering Stations.
- Deep understanding of Engineering Design: P&ID, Logic Diagrams, and Control Philosophies.
- Knowledge of industry codes: NFPA 59A, IEC 61508, IEC 61511, IEC 62443.
- Strong systematic problem-solving skills and technical troubleshooting.
- Good English proficiency (Intermediate) and excellent coordination skills.
- Ability to lead inspection teams and provide technical guidance to stakeholders.
