Responsibilities
- Monitor and optimize production and utility systems to maximize efficiency, reduce costs, and meet industry benchmarks.
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for equipment failures and provide technical solutions for operational interruptions or non-standard client requests.
- Lead plant modification projects end-to-end, managing everything from feasibility studies and budgeting to bidding (TOR/ITB), contractor supervision, and commissioning.
- Develop and continuously update engineering procedures and work instructions to align with international best practices.
- Oversee Process Hazard Analysis (PHA) and Management of Change (MOC). Ensure strict compliance with SSHE regulations and organizational quality standards (e.g., PSM, ISO standards).
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop equipment switching plans and ensure seamless daily operations.
Qualifications
- Age not over 30 years. (New Graduate Are Welcome)
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Petrochemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong foundation in Process Safety (MOC, HAZOP, PHA). Highly proficient in process optimization, engineering calculations, and reading engineering designs (P&ID, Control Philosophy, Logic Diagrams).
- Proven ability to oversee and manage engineering and plant modification projects systematically.
- Strong technical problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex issues systematically.
- Excellent interpersonal and cross-functional coordination skills.
- Intermediate English proficiency (Listening, Speaking, Reading, and Writing).
- English Skill (TOEIC Score > 600)
