About the role

Looking for an experienced Digital Transformation Manager to lead and support restaurant technology across corporate offices, restaurants, and central kitchen operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the company's IT infrastructure, systems, and cybersecurity

• Oversee Microsoft 365

• Support POS systems, restaurant technology, and day-to-day operations

• Manage IT vendors, software licences, hardware procurement, and system maintenance

• Ensure data security, backups, and business continuity

• Lead IT projects and recommend technology improvements to enhance operational efficiency

• Provide timely technical support to both office and restaurant teams

• Age: 25–38 years old.
• 5+ years of IT Manager/Senior IT experience in restaurant, hotel, hospitality, or multi-site retail.
• Strong Microsoft 365, POS/PMS, networking, cybersecurity, and IT infrastructure skills.
• Experienced in multi-site IT operations, project management, troubleshooting, asset management, and vendor coordination.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and service-oriented skills.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity, data protection, system availability, and business continuity.
