Purchasing Manager - Coca Restaurant Group

• Lead all purchasing activities across company outlets and central operations.
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to ensure optimal quality and cost.
• Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key suppliers.
• Ensure the consistency and integrity of product quality across all operational locations.
• Monitor and control food costs and overall purchasing budgets.
• Collaborate closely with kitchen, operations, and finance teams to align purchasing strategies.
• Implement and continuously improve purchasing systems, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and internal controls.
• Prevent leakage, over-ordering, and unnecessary spending within the purchasing function.

• Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in a purchasing managerial role; experience in F&B or hospitality is a plus.
• Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.
• Demonstrated strong cost awareness and meticulous attention to detail.
• High integrity and a strong sense of ownership.
• Ability to evaluate purchasing decisions holistically, considering quality, usage, and operational impact beyond just price.
• Proactive, structured, and solution-driven approach.
• Ability to thrive in a multi-outlet environment.
• Proficiency in English and MS Office applications.
