People & Culture Manager - Coca Restaurant Group

  This is not a traditional HR role.

  We’re looking for a People & Culture Manager who can build strong teams, drive accountability, and elevate standards across the organisation.

  
  

  Key Responsibilities

  ·         Build a high-performance culture across our restaurant brands

  ·         Lead recruitment and attract top talent

  ·         Drive KPIs, performance reviews, and accountability

  ·         Strengthen training systems and leadership capability

  ·         Oversee HR operations and ensure compliance

  ·         Improve employee engagement and retention

  
  

• 5–10 years of experience in an HR managerial role.
• Proven HR management experience within the Food & Beverage (F&B), Restaurant, Hospitality, Hotel, Café, Bakery, or Retail Food industry is highly preferred.
• Direct experience supporting restaurant operations, multi-branch businesses, or hospitality workforce management is strongly preferred.
• Hands-on experience managing high-volume frontline employees, including recruitment, employee relations, workforce planning, and labor management.
• In-depth knowledge of Thai labor law and compensation practices.
• Strong capabilities in both people management and organizational structuring.
• A hands-on approach with a proactive mindset.
• Confidence in collaborating with frontline teams, restaurant/store operations, and senior leaders.
• Ability to build and implement HR systems, policies, and processes from the ground up.
• Proficiency in English and Microsoft Office Suite.
