Responsibilities
- จัดซื้อวัตถุดิบ ชิ้นส่วนอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ และอุปกรณ์ที่ใช้ในการผลิต
- ประสานงานกับ Supplier ทั้งในประเทศและต่างประเทศ
- เปรียบเทียบและต่อรองราคา รวมถึงเงื่อนไขการสั่งซื้อ
- จัดทำและออกใบสั่งซื้อ (Purchase Order: PO)
- ติดตามสถานะการส่งมอบสินค้าให้เป็นไปตามแผนการผลิต
- ตรวจสอบปริมาณสินค้าคงคลังและวางแผนการสั่งซื้อร่วมกับฝ่ายผลิตและคลังสินค้า
- ประสานงานกับฝ่าย QA, Engineering และ Production เพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาที่เกี่ยวข้องกับวัตถุดิบ
- ควบคุมต้นทุนและจัดทำรายงานการจัดซื้อ
- ใช้งานระบบ ERP / SAP และ Microsoft Excel เพื่อติดตามข้อมูล
Qualifications
- ปริญญาตรีสาขา Business, Logistics, Supply Chain หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านจัดซื้อ, Supply Chain หรือ Procurement
- มีความสามารถในการใช้งาน Microsoft Excel ในระดับดี
- มีทักษะการเจรจาต่อรอง
- หากสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
