Responsibilities
- ดำเนินการจัดซื้อวัตถุดิบ ชิ้นส่วนอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ และอุปกรณ์ที่ใช้ในการผลิต
- ติดต่อและประสานงานกับ Supplier ทั้งในประเทศและต่างประเทศ
- เปรียบเทียบราคา ต่อรองราคา และเงื่อนไขการสั่งซื้อ
- ออกใบสั่งซื้อ (Purchase Order: PO)
- ติดตามสถานะการส่งมอบสินค้าให้ตรงตามแผนการผลิต
- ตรวจสอบปริมาณ Stock และวางแผนการสั่งซื้อร่วมกับ Production / Warehouse
- ประสานงานกับฝ่าย QA, Engineering และ Production กรณีพบปัญหาวัตถุดิบ
- ควบคุมต้นทุนและจัดทำรายงานการจัดซื้อ
- ใช้งานระบบ ERP / SAP และ Microsoft Excel ในการติดตามข้อมูล
Qualifications
- ปริญญาตรี สาขา Business, Logistics, Supply Chain หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านจัดซื้อ / Supply Chain / Procurement
- ใช้ Excel ได้ดี
- มีทักษะการเจรจาต่อรอง
- สื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้จะได้รับพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
