NPI Engineer - Cal-Comp Electronics (Thailand) PCL

We are looking for The NPI Engineer is responsible for supporting new product introduction (NPI) activities to ensure smooth transition from product development to mass production. This role works closely with Production Engineering, Quality teams, and other cross-functional departments to manage production lines, monitor output, and maintain product quality during the NPI phase.

• Support and coordinate New Product Introduction (NPI) processes from trial run to mass production.
• Monitor and manage production line activities to ensure output targets are achieved
• Supervise operators and support production teams during NPI builds.
• Coordinate with PE, IPQC, CQE, and QAD teams to resolve production or quality issues.
• Collect and analyse production data and prepare reports using Excel and SAP.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and company procedures.
• Support troubleshooting and root cause analysis during pilot runs.
• Assist in process improvement and documentation for new product launches.
• Communicate with internal teams and report progress to supervisors.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electronics, Industrial, Mechanical, or related field).
• 0–2 years of experience in manufacturing or electronics industry (fresh graduates are welcome).
• Basic knowledge of production processes and manufacturing environment.
• Good leadership and teamwork skills.
• Basic knowledge of Excel and SAP is preferred.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
