Automation Engineer (Phetchaburi Branch) - Cal-Comp Electronics (Thailand) PCL

1. Design, develop, and improve automation systems for printer manufacturing and assembly processes.
   ออกแบบ พัฒนา และปรับปรุงระบบอัตโนมัติสำหรับกระบวนการผลิตและประกอบเครื่องพิมพ์

2. Develop and troubleshoot PLC programs, HMI, sensors, and industrial control systems.
   พัฒนาและแก้ไขปัญหาโปรแกรม PLC, HMI, เซนเซอร์ และระบบควบคุมในอุตสาหกรรม

3. Support the installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of automated machines and equipment.
   สนับสนุนการติดตั้ง ทดสอบ เดินระบบ และบำรุงรักษาเครื่องจักรและอุปกรณ์อัตโนมัติ

4. Analyze production issues and implement automation solutions to improve productivity, quality, and efficiency.
   วิเคราะห์ปัญหาในสายการผลิตและนำระบบอัตโนมัติมาประยุกต์ใช้เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพ คุณภาพ และผลผลิต

5. Collaborate with Production, Process Engineering, Equipment, and Quality teams to optimize manufacturing processes.

6. Perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis to minimize machine downtime and production interruptions.

7. Prepare technical documentation, machine operating procedures, and automation improvement reports.

1. Bachelor's degree in Automation Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
   วุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี สาขาวิศวกรรมระบบอัตโนมัติ เมคคาทรอนิกส์ ไฟฟ้า อิเล็กทรอนิกส์ เครื่องกล หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง

2. Experience in automation systems, manufacturing equipment, or industrial machinery is preferred.
   หากมีประสบการณ์ด้านระบบอัตโนมัติ เครื่องจักรในสายการผลิต หรือเครื่องจักรอุตสาหกรรม จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ

3. Knowledge of PLC programming, HMI, sensors, pneumatic systems, and industrial control systems.

4. Familiarity with PLC brands such as Mitsubishi, Siemens, Omron, or Keyence is an advantage.

5. Ability to read electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, and technical specifications.

6. Good analytical, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.

7. Good communication skills in English are an advantage.
