Test Engineer - Cal-Comp Electronics (Thailand) PCL

• Support and maintain ICT and FCT testing processes for PCBA production.
• Troubleshoot test failures and analyze defective PCBAs using electrical schematics and measurement equipment.
• Perform test fixture setup, verification, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Coordinate with R&D and equipment suppliers to improve test coverage and reliability.
• Analyze test yield, failure trends, false failures, and recurring issues.
• Support NPI test readiness, test program verification, and new product qualification.
• Develop corrective actions to reduce test downtime and improve First Pass Yield (FPY).
• Maintain testing documentation, test procedures, and equipment maintenance records.

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
• Approximately 1–2 years of experience in electronics manufacturing or testing.
• Basic knowledge of ICT (In-Circuit Test), FCT (Functional Circuit Test), and electronic circuit troubleshooting.
• Ability to read and understand electrical schematics and circuit diagrams.
• Knowledge of electronic components, measurement instruments, and PCBA testing processes.
• Basic knowledge of test programming or automation is an advantage.
