NPI Engineer - Cal-Comp Electronics (Thailand) PCL

• Manage New Product Introduction (NPI) activities from prototype through mass production.
• Coordinate with customers, R&D, Production, Quality, and other related departments to ensure successful product launches.
• Review BOM, engineering drawings, specifications, ECO/ECN, and build requirements.
• Conduct DFM/DFT reviews and identify potential manufacturing risks before production.
• Prepare and maintain NPI documentation, including process flow, work instructions, build reports, and engineering checklists.
• Support engineering builds (EV/DV/MV), troubleshoot production issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor build readiness, production yields, and open engineering issues to ensure a smooth transition to mass production.

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related engineering field.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken, is required.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of SMT and PCBA manufacturing processes is preferred.
• Fresh graduates with strong technical knowledge and good English communication skills are welcome.
