Senior Legal Consultant - Tokyo Consulting Firm Co.,Ltd

We are seeking a senior-level professional to lead and oversee management of the team’s corporate service operations, with a strong focus on Board of Investment (BOI) matters, corporate compliance, and client advisory support. This role will be responsible for supervising team members, managing client matters, coordinating with relevant authorities, and ensuring that BOI-related applications, reporting, and compliance obligations are handled accurately and efficiently.

The ideal candidate should have solid experience in BOI regulations and procedures, strong management capability, and the ability to handle multiple projects and stakeholders in a professional service environment.

• Lead, manage, and supervise the team’s daily operations to ensure work is completed efficiently and on schedule. 

• Monitor team performance, allocate tasks, and provide guidance and support to team members. 

• Review work quality, improve internal processes, and ensure smooth coordination within the team. 

• Handle issue escalation, problem-solving, and reporting to management on team performance and operational matters. 

• Support BOI-related work and provide guidance to the team on relevant BOI procedures and requirements.

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.)

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in corporate services, legal/regulatory advisory, and BOI will be a plus.

• Experience in a law firm, corporate law, handling BOI applications, BOI amendment matters, compliance reporting, and coordination with BOI officers.

• Prior experience in a managerial or supervisory role with responsibility for reviewing work and managing team performance.

• Strong project management, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

• Good command of English and Thai, both written and spoken.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to deal professionally with clients, government officers, and internal teams.
