Responsibilities
- Organize Click Off Tooling meetings.
- Plan mold workflow and production processes.
- Coordinate and communicate with relevant departments.
- Monitor mold production progress and implement improvements.
- Participate in troubleshooting mold production issues.
- Supervise and track external mold manufacturing contracts.
- Conduct mold Bye-Off process.
- Assess feasibility for mold production.
- Review and study drawings of new products related to mold manufacturing.
- Participate in mold trials and summarize the test results.
- Analyze and resolve product issues arising during mold trials.
- Maintain mold history records from the initial production trial.
- Monitor and resolve mold issues, including managing engineering change documents (ECN, ECR).
- Summarize and report work progress on a weekly and monthly basis to management
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mold Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.
- 0-3 years or more experience.
- Able to troubleshoot basic issues and report to management.
- Proficient in using design software.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Capable of coordinating effectively with various departments.
- Able to communicate and coordinate with clients.
- Proficient in English communication, both spoken and written.
