Responsibilities
1.Design parts, products, or assembly equipment using CAD software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and CATIA in accordance with engineering specifications and customer standards.
2.Prepare 2D/3D drawings and define Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) for manufacturing and quality control purposes.
3.Analyze and design experiments (DOE) to improve product quality and manufacturing processes.
4.Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Customer teams to develop and improve designs to ensure manufacturability and efficiency.
5.Verify and validate design accuracy to meet engineering standards and provide technical support to production in case of line issues.
6.Prepare technical documents and reports related to product design and development.
7.Communicate and coordinate with both domestic and overseas customers regarding drawings and customer requirements.
8.Analyze the designed drawing using the Finite Element Method (FEM) to ensure strength and performance compliance.
9.Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications
1.Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Automotive Engineering or a related field.
2.At least 2–3 years of experience in product or tooling design, preferably in the automotive parts manufacturing industry (plastic or metal parts).
3.Proficient in CAD software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CATIA (or equivalent).
4.Basic understanding of Finite Element Method (FEM) analysis.
5.Ability to read, interpret, and create technical drawings according to international standards.
6.Good communication skills in Thai and English, with the ability to coordinate with customers and cross-functional teams.
7.TOEIC score of 450 or above (or equivalent English proficiency test).
8.Knowledge of automotive quality systems (IATF 16949:2016) will be an advantage.
