Project Management Engineer - Supavut Industry Co., Ltd.

1. Project Execution & Timing
Drive assigned projects from nomination through development, industrialization, SOP and launch stabilization.

2. Product & Technical Development
Coordinate product design, DFM, tooling, injection molding, assembly, validation and process development.

3. APQP & Launch Readiness
Drive APQP deliverables, trials, PPAP and 4M readiness for successful launch.

4. Tooling & Supplier Coordination
Monitor tooling development, trials, corrections and supplier activities against project milestones.

5. Cost, Change & Risk Control
Monitor project cost, engineering changes and technical/timing risks; drive recovery actions.

6. Customer & CFT Coordination
Coordinate Customer, Engineering, Quality, Purchasing, Manufacturing, Logistics and suppliers.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education: Bachelor's degree in mechanical, Automotive, Tool & Die, Plastics or related Engineering.

Experience: 2–3 years in Automotive Tier-1 / New Product Development / Program Management.

Technical: Knowledge of Plastic Injection Molding, Tooling, Assembly & Manufacturing Processes is an added advantage.

Quality: Working knowledge of APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plan & Automotive Quality Systems.

Software: Good proficiency in Excel & PowerPoint; MS Project and CAD knowledge preferred.

Competencies: Strong problem-solving, coordination, ownership and customer communication skills.

Language: Good English communication both written and spoken is must.
