Program Control Lead (Automotive Project Management) - Supavut Industry Co., Ltd.

1.Program Timing Control – Develop and monitor master program timing from nomination through SOP and launch stabilization.
2.APQP & Milestone Control – Track APQP deliverables, customer milestones, PPAP, trials and launch readiness.
3.Program Cost Control – Monitor Budget vs. Actual vs. Forecast, including tooling, equipment, development, validation and launch costs.
4.Change & Cost Recovery – Track engineering/customer changes, associated cost impact and required customer commercial recovery.
5.Risk & Action Management – Maintain program risk and action trackers, drive recovery plans and escalate critical issues.
6.Supplier & Tooling Readiness – Monitor supplier, tooling and equipment development against program milestones.
7.Launch Readiness – Track manufacturing, quality, capacity, manpower, material and logistics readiness before SOP.
8.Program Dashboard – Prepare weekly management dashboards covering Timing, Cost, Quality, APQP, Risk and Launch Readiness.
9.Cross-Functional Governance – Follow up commitments with Engineering, Quality, Purchasing, Manufacturing, Finance and Logistics.
10.Management Escalation – Highlight timing delays, budget overruns, unrecovered costs and launch risks to GM – Program Management.

Preferred Profile

•5–10 years Automotive Tier-1/OEM experience.
•Experience in Program Management / Program Control / APQP.
•Good understanding of automotive costing, tooling, industrialization, APQP and PPAP.
•Strong Excel and MS Project skills; Power BI preferred.
Strong analytical, follow-up and cross-functional communication skills.
