Program Manager (Automotive Program Management) - Supavut Industry Co., Ltd.

1. Overall Program Ownership
Lead assigned customer programs from nomination through development, industrialization, SOP and launch stabilization.

2. Timing & APQP Management
Own master program timing, customer milestones, APQP deliverables, validation, PPAP and launch readiness.

4. Customer Management
Act as the primary program interface with the customer. Manage commitments, reviews, escalations and customer expectations.

5. Cross-Functional Leadership
Lead Engineering, Quality, Purchasing, Manufacturing, Logistics and Finance activities to achieve program targets.

6. Risk & Change Management
Identify and manage program risks, engineering changes and timing/cost impacts. Establish and drive recovery plans.

7. Industrialization & Launch
Ensure tooling, equipment, suppliers, capacity, manpower, quality and manufacturing readiness for successful SOP.

8. Team Leadership
Guide Project Engineers, establish priorities, review performance and ensure effective execution of program activities.

QUALIFICATIONS

•Education: Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Automotive, Industrial, Plastics or related Engineering.
•Experience: 7–12 years Automotive Tier-1/OEM experience, including 3+ years in Program/Project Management.
•Technical: Strong knowledge of product development, tooling, injection molding, assembly and industrialization.
•Program Management: Strong knowledge of APQP, PPAP, program timing, risk and change management.
•Leadership: Strong CFT leadership, decision-making, negotiation and problem-solving capability.
•Customer: Experience managing OEM/Tier-1 customer programs and executive-level escalations.
•Language: Strong English communication and presentation skills;
