Product Engineer (Automotive - New Model) - Supavut Industry Co., Ltd.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Master Schedule & Planning: Make master schedules for product engineering, design manufacturing processes, and handle machine planning for new projects.
• Process & Layout Design: Create Process Flow Diagrams, Plant Layouts, and design jigs/fixtures to support new products in the manufacturing process.
• Line Balancing & Conditions: Plan manpower requirements to align with Takt Time (T.T.) and Cycle Time; define and establish standard machine conditions.
• Documentation & Standards: Establish and implement work instructions for the production department.
• Cost & Productivity Management: Generate ideas to reduce costs in each model, and manage productivity indices (Cycle time, Fixed cost, Variable cost, Break-even point).
• Quality & Trial Management: Handle PPAP preparation (4M), Run @ Rate, Machine parameter settings, PFMEA, and FTA for failure analysis.
• Investment Planning: Plan capital investments for machines in the short and mid-term.
• General Duties: Operate according to ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001 standards, implement 5S/QCC/Kaizen activities, and perform other tasks as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in any branch of Engineering.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in the automotive industry.
• Core Skills: Ability to read engineering drawings, strong fundamental engineering knowledge, and proficiency in using measuring tools.
• Language: Able to speak, read, and write English well.
