Senior Checking Fixture Engineer (Automotive) - Supavut Industry Co., Ltd.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Project & Process Planning: Organize CF tooling kick-off meetings, establish CF master schedules, process plans, and conduct feasibility studies for new checking fixtures.
• Production & Outsource Control: Monitor manufacturing progress, resolve production issues, control outsourced checking fixture vendors, and manage buy-off processes.
• Trial & Quality Analysis: Study product drawings related to CF, participate in trial testing, analyze product issues during CF trials, and implement effective troubleshooting.
• Documentation & Change Control: Maintain CF history records, manage engineering change notices (ECR/ECN), and report weekly/monthly progress to supervisors.
• General Duties: Comply with ISO 9001/14001 standards, implement 5S, QCC, and Kaizen activities, adhere to safety rules, and coordinate with cross-functional teams.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or related fields).
• Experience: 3-5 years of experience in related engineering or tool & die / checking fixture fields.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in CAD design software, capable of interpreting GD&T symbols accurately, and strong problem-solving skills with management reporting capability.
• Language: Good English communication skills (speaking, reading, and writing)
