Research Assistant (R&D) - Supavut Industry Co., Ltd.

Job Responsibilities:

• Design, plan, and conduct scientific/engineering experiments to develop and improve new products at the laboratory and prototype levels.
• Study, analyze, and develop formulas, materials, or technical processes to meet market demands or industrial standards.
• Gather and analyze experimental data and systematically prepare research reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Engineering, Production, QA) for technology transfer to commercial scale.
• Support material and product testing in the lab, maintain proper documentation, and contribute to regulatory submissions (e.g., FDA technical documents).
• Maintain laboratory safety, cleanliness, and compliance with company quality and environmental standards.
• Support internal/external audits and continuous operational improvements.

• Job Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in science, Materials Science, Chemistry, Biomedical Engineering, Biotechnology, Biology, Environmental Science, or Life Science with a strong background in laboratory experimentation.
  • Experience: Fresh graduates are welcome. Senior Projects, Thesis, Internships, or direct experience in R&D, Lab Work, or Product Development will be an advantage.
  • Key Skills: Strong foundation in lab techniques, proficiency with lab equipment (UV-Vis, FTIR, pH meter, centrifuge), data analysis, technical writing, attention to detail, teamwork, and English literacy.
  • Preferred Certificates/Training: ISO standards (ISO 9001, 13485, 17025, GMP), Documentation/Test reporting, Lab Safety, and ESPReL.
