Responsibilities
• ออกแบบและพัฒนาแม่พิมพ์ตาม Product Requirement
• จัดทำและแก้ไข 3D Model, 2D Drawing และ BOM
• ออกแบบ Mold Structure, Core/Cavity, Gate, Runner, Cooling และ Ejection System
• ติดตาม Mold Trial และแก้ไขปัญหาด้านแม่พิมพ์
• ประสานงานกับฝ่ายผลิต, Machining, Injection และ Supplier
• ปรับปรุง Mold Design เพื่อเพิ่มคุณภาพและประสิทธิภาพการผลิต
• จัดทำและแก้ไข 3D Model, 2D Drawing และ BOM
• ออกแบบ Mold Structure, Core/Cavity, Gate, Runner, Cooling และ Ejection System
• ติดตาม Mold Trial และแก้ไขปัญหาด้านแม่พิมพ์
• ประสานงานกับฝ่ายผลิต, Machining, Injection และ Supplier
• ปรับปรุง Mold Design เพื่อเพิ่มคุณภาพและประสิทธิภาพการผลิต
Qualifications
• ปริญญาตรี สาขา Mechanical / Tool & Die / Mold / Manufacturing Engineering หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• มีประสบการณ์ด้าน Mold Design โดยตรง 2–5 ปีขึ้นไป
• มีความรู้และประสบการณ์ด้าน Mold Structure และกระบวนการผลิตแม่พิมพ์
• เข้าใจกระบวนการ CNC, EDM, Wire Cut, Grinding และ Mold Assembly
• สามารถวิเคราะห์และแก้ไขปัญหาจาก Mold Trial ได้
• สามารถใช้โปรแกรม CAD เช่น AutoCAD, SolidWorks, NX หรือ CATIA ได้
• มีประสบการณ์ด้าน Plastic Injection Mold จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
• มีประสบการณ์ด้าน Mold Design โดยตรง 2–5 ปีขึ้นไป
• มีความรู้และประสบการณ์ด้าน Mold Structure และกระบวนการผลิตแม่พิมพ์
• เข้าใจกระบวนการ CNC, EDM, Wire Cut, Grinding และ Mold Assembly
