Responsibilities
• ออกแบบและพัฒนา Tooling / Mold ให้เหมาะสมกับผลิตภัณฑ์และกระบวนการผลิต
• วิเคราะห์ Product Drawing / 3D Model เพื่อประเมินความเป็นไปได้ในการผลิต
• วิเคราะห์ชิ้นงานด้าน DFM, Mold Structure, Parting Line, Draft Angle, Thickness และ Undercut
• วิเคราะห์และแก้ไขปัญหาที่เกิดจาก Mold และชิ้นงานในกระบวนการผลิต
• ประสานงานกับฝ่าย Design, Production, Quality และ Supplier เพื่อพัฒนา Tooling
• ติดตาม Tool Trial, Mold Trial และปรับปรุง Tooling ให้ได้ตาม Specification
• สนับสนุนงาน Tooling Modification, Improvement และแก้ไขปัญหาหน้างาน
• วิเคราะห์ Product Drawing / 3D Model เพื่อประเมินความเป็นไปได้ในการผลิต
• วิเคราะห์ชิ้นงานด้าน DFM, Mold Structure, Parting Line, Draft Angle, Thickness และ Undercut
• วิเคราะห์และแก้ไขปัญหาที่เกิดจาก Mold และชิ้นงานในกระบวนการผลิต
• ประสานงานกับฝ่าย Design, Production, Quality และ Supplier เพื่อพัฒนา Tooling
• ติดตาม Tool Trial, Mold Trial และปรับปรุง Tooling ให้ได้ตาม Specification

Qualifications
• ปริญญาตรี สาขา Mechanical / Tool & Die / Mold / Manufacturing Engineering หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• มีประสบการณ์ด้าน Tooling / Mold Engineering 2–5 ปีขึ้นไป
• มีความรู้ด้าน Mold Structure และกระบวนการผลิตแม่พิมพ์
• สามารถวิเคราะห์ Product Drawing / 3D Model และประเมิน DFM ได้
• มีความเข้าใจกระบวนการ CNC, EDM, Wire Cut, Grinding และ Mold Assembly
• สามารถวิเคราะห์ Root Cause และแก้ไขปัญหา Mold / ชิ้นงานได้
• สามารถใช้โปรแกรม CAD เช่น AutoCAD, SolidWorks, NX หรือ CATIA ได้
• มีประสบการณ์ด้าน Plastic Injection Mold / Tooling จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
• มีประสบการณ์ด้าน Tooling / Mold Engineering 2–5 ปีขึ้นไป
• มีความรู้ด้าน Mold Structure และกระบวนการผลิตแม่พิมพ์
