Senior QAN Engineer - Supavut Industry Co., Ltd.

• Responsible for quality assurance activities related to New Model development and mass production.
• Manage and control product quality to meet customer requirements and company standards.
• Prepare, review, and manage PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) documentation.
• Prepare and respond to 8D Reports, including Root Cause Analysis and Corrective & Preventive Actions.
• Analyze quality issues and implement effective corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Coordinate with customers and internal departments to resolve quality problems.
• Monitor and evaluate product quality during trial production and mass production.
• Support quality planning and improvement activities for New Model projects.
• Apply quality tools such as 7 QC Tools, 5 Why Analysis, Fishbone Diagram, and FMEA.
• Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (all engineering disciplines are welcome).
• At least 3–5 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Engineering, or related fields.
• Strong knowledge and experience in Quality New Model processes.
• Knowledge and practical experience in preparing and responding to 8D Reports.
• Experience in PPAP documentation and quality control processes.
• Good knowledge of APQP, FMEA, Control Plan, and other quality tools.
• Familiar with ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 quality management systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Good communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
