Responsibilities
หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบหลัก
- จัดทำแผนโครงสร้างองค์กร, แผนกำลังคน และ Organization Chart
- ดำเนินการสรรหาและคัดเลือกบุคลากรทั้งภายในและภายนอก, จัดทำแบบทดสอบ และสัมภาษณ์เบื้องต้น
- จัดทำสัญญาจ้าง, ทะเบียนประวัติ, และแบบประเมินทดลองงาน
- ดำเนินการเกี่ยวกับการปรับบรรจุ, โนนย้าย, เลื่อนตำแหน่ง, ลาออก, เลิกจ้าง และเกษียณอายุ
- จัดทำและทบทวน Job Description, วิเคราะห์ค่างานแต่ละงาน/ตำแหน่ง, และจัดระดับชั้นแต่ละตำแหน่ง
- สรรหาบุคลากรระดับ Staff - Engineer
Qualifications
- วุฒิการศึกษา: ป.ตรีขึ้นไป
- ประสบการณ์ประจำตำแหน่ง: 1 ปีขึ้นไป
- ความรู้และความสามารถที่จำเป็น:
- มีทักษะในการเจรจาต่อรอง
- มีความรู้กฎหมายแรงงาน / ระเบียบข้อบังคับการทำงาน มรท.8001
- มีความรู้กฎหมายประกันสังคม และกองทุนเงินทดแทน
- มีความรู้ภาษีเงินได้บุคคลธรรมดา
- มีความรู้ด้านการจ้างแรงงาน
- มีความชำนาญในการใช้งานโปรแกรม Microsoft Excel เป็นอย่างดี
- มีความรู้พื้นฐานด้านเอกสารระบบ
- สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษพื้นฐานได้
