Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
2. Have knowledge and experience in using computers, networks, software, and the internet.
3. Have knowledge and experience in monitoring and maintaining various currently used programs and making them ready for use.
4.Have knowledge and experience in preparing PM plans for various related equipment.
5. Minimum 5 years of IT infrastructure and operations experience.
6. Have knowledge of networks such as Server, LAN, DHCP, VPN, Firewall.
7. Have knowledge of Microsoft 365 Administration.
8. Have knowledge of Exchange Online and SharePoint Online and Windows Server.
9. Have knowledge of Active Directory and Nutanix / VMware and Veeam Backup.
10. Have knowledge of Firewall & VPN and Network Troubleshooting.
