Responsibilities
- Provide professional consultation to students and parents regarding study abroad programs, overseas universities, colleges, and educational institutions.
- Understand students' academic background, interests, budget, and study goals and recommend suitable courses, institutions, and study destinations.
- Follow up with prospective students from initial enquiry through application and enrollment.
- Work toward monthly sales targets and KPIs, including student enrollment and conversion targets.
- Build and maintain good relationships with students and parents throughout the consultation process.
- Prepare and coordinate student applications, admission documents, and supporting documents for overseas institutions.
- Assist students with documentation required for the student visa application process.
- Coordinate with overseas educational institutions and relevant partners regarding student applications.
- Participate in training sessions provided by overseas institutions to maintain up-to-date knowledge of programs and admission requirements.
- Participate in education fairs, seminars, open houses, and other student recruitment activities when required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- New graduates are welcome to apply.
- Good to excellent English communication skills.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with confidence in consulting students and parents.
- Customer-facing, consulting, or sales-oriented mindset with willingness to work toward targets and KPIs.
- Service-minded, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to follow up with customers effectively.
- Able to manage application documents accurately and work under deadlines.
- Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Preferred Qualifications
- Experience as an Education Consultant, Study Abroad Consultant, Education Counselor, Student Counselor, Admission Counselor, or similar role.
- Experience in education, language schools, universities, student recruitment, customer service, telesales, sales, or other consultative sales roles.
- Experience preparing student applications or visa-related documents.
- Previous study, work, or living experience abroad.
- Knowledge of popular study destinations such as Australia, the UK, USA, Canada, or New Zealand.
- 5 working days per week, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM.
- Able to work on Saturday approximately once per month.
- Based at Journey Education Thailand, Chiang Mai Branch – Ruamchok Mall.
