Responsibilities
- Maintain direct communication with customers both pre-sale and post-sale.
- Support the sales team by cultivating and sustaining positive customer relationships.
- Collaborate with various internal departments to achieve maintenance service sales objectives.
- Work with customers and/or distributors to accurately document equipment failures and provide reports to management.
- Deliver customer support via telephone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Coordinate incident and problem-solving efforts between customers and the After Sale Service Team.
- Refer customer inquiries to appropriate technical, professional, or service personnel for necessary services, repairs, training, and follow-up.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of industry experience or relevant customer service experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong customer service, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively under deadlines.
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good command of English.
- Previous administrative experience is a plus.
- Proficiency in other languages is a plus.
