Responsibilities
- Identify new project opportunities through regular visits to industrial clients in related fields and collaboration with the marketing team.
- Provide customers with essential information, including offers, catalogues, cost analyses, technical descriptions, and product presentations.
- Follow up on all aspects of customer inquiries, from collecting precise project technical requirements and specifications to ensuring project progression until a final decision is made.
- Build, maintain, and sustain relationships with current and prospective customers.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints, and provide troubleshooting advice in a timely manner.
- Coordinate and collaborate closely with relevant internal teams to identify and develop value propositions and cross-selling opportunities for customers.
- Collect market information and trends to identify potential possibilities and opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or technical sales within the packaging industry.
- Strong technical, sales, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in handling commercial activities, including compiling contracts and agreements.
- Good command of English, both written and verbal.
- Valid driving license and own car, with the ability to travel occasionally for business purposes.
- Established connections with clients in the household, food & beverage, or cosmetics sectors is a plus.
