Responsibilities
- Identify new business opportunities for sales expansion.
- Manage and maintain existing customers’ account.
- Formulate and implement sales strategies to achieve Sales Target.
- Work closely with Sales support to achieve team’s goal.
- Keep abreast of industry and market trends, competitions movement and emerging technology.
- Responsible for sales and sales forecasts preparation.
- Provide regular update for Sales information.
- Conduct sales presentation to customers.
- Coordinate closely with the Japan headquarters for strategic support.
- Perform sourcing, suppliers’ selection & negotiation to optimize product quality, cost and delivery performance for new customers.
- Provide QC support for any technical issues
- Assist in any assigned ad-hoc projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering or related fields
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the electronic components industry, including distribution, manufacturing, or semiconductor-related businesses
- Preferably with established industry connections and customer networks.
- Proven track record in new business development and direct engagement with end customers, including R&D and Purchasing teams.
- Good understanding of Thailand market trends and competitor activities.
- Good computer & typing skills (Microsoft Office)
- Good communication and negotiation skills with pleasant personality
- Good command of English (both in writing and speaking)
- Hard working, highly service minded
- Car driving experience (Have driving license)
