Responsibilities
- พัฒนาและปรับปรุงกระบวนการทางธุรกิจ ผังกระบวนการทำงานที่เกี่ยวข้องกับระบบสารสนเทศให้สอดคล้องกับมาตรฐานสากล จัดเตรียมและรวบรวมข้อมูลของแต่ละองค์กรให้เป็นไปตามข้อกำหนดและขั้นตอนการออกแบบเอกสารและนโยบายตามมาตรฐานสากลเช่น ISO27001, ISO20000, ITIL, CMMI หรือ BCMS เป็นต้น
- ให้คำปรึกษาในกระบวนการทำงานและแก้ไขปัญหาให้กับลูกค้าพร้อมเสนอแนวทางในการแก้ไขปัญหาให้สอดคล้องกับระบบการบริหารจัดการตามมาตรฐานสากล
- จัดทำเอกสารคู่มือการทำงานและแผนผังของระบบงาน
Qualifications
- สัญชาติไทย
- อายุ 25-45 ปี
- วุฒิการศึกษา ปริญญาตรี หรือปริญญาโท (จะได้รับพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
- สาขาวิทยาศาสตร์คอมพิวเตอร์ , สาขาเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ, MIS หรือ IT
- มีประสบการณ์ทำงาน 3 ปี ทางด้าน IT Management Process or IT Security, Network Security, IT Operation process or any IT related fields.
- มีความรู้ทางด้าน ISO 27001 (ISMS), ISO 20000 (ITSMS), ITIL, BCMS or CMMI (จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
- สามารถพูด อ่าน เขียน ภาษาอังกฤษได้
- มีใจรักการบริการ,แก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ดี, มีความรับผิดชอบมีความเป็นผู้นำและเรียนรู้ได้ไว
- สามารถทำงานเป็นทีมได้ หรือ ทำงานคนเดียวได้
- มีความรับผิดชอบต่องานที่ได้รับมอบหมายและทำงานให้เสร็จลุล่วงตรงตามเวลาที่กำหนด
