Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Machine Learning: Design, develop, and train machine learning models using Python. 

• Enterprise Predictive Analytics: Build and deploy targeted predictive models to improve sales forecast accuracy, enable predictive maintenance, optimize inventory levels, and streamline logistics and route planning. 
• Local LLM Development: Build, fine-tune, and maintain local LLMs tailored for business-specific tasks, ensuring data privacy while delivering robust capabilities in knowledge retrieval, document summarization, and internal chatbots. 
• RAG System Engineering: Design, implement, and continuously improve Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems to ground AI responses in our proprietary enterprise data. 
• Prompt Engineering & Optimization: Create and rigorously test prompt engineering strategies to maximize the quality, accuracy, and reliability of LLM outputs. 
• Workflow Automation: Apply AI and machine learning capabilities to automate complex business workflows, driving continuous improvement across business operations. 
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Digital Analysts, Business Analysts, and Data Engineers to translate business requirements into technical architectures and deliver high-impact data solutions.
