Responsibilities
• ลักษณะงานหลัก:
o ให้บริการและแก้ไขปัญหา สนับสนุนผู้ใช้งาน (User Support / Helpdesk)
o ดูแลระบบ Hardware / Software / Network
o ตรวจสอบ ซ่อมแซม และบำรุงรักษาอุปกรณ์ไอที
o ประสานงานกับทีม IT และผู้ให้บริการภายนอก และจัดทำเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้อง
o ช่วยงานดูแลและแก้ไขปัญหาการเชื่อมต่ออินเทอร์เน็ต เครือข่าย และ Wi-Fi ภายในองค์กร
• คุณสมบัติที่ต้องการ:
o วุฒิการศึกษาด้าน IT หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
o มีประสบการณ์ด้าน IT Support จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
o มีทักษะในการแก้ไขปัญหาและการสื่อสารที่ดี
• Assess and tracks quality of IT products
• Maintains and updates records pertaining to licenses, warranties and services agreements for minor hardware and software
Qualifications
• Bachelor of Computer Science, and Information Technology
• Have strong knowledge in IT troubleshooting both hardware and software (E.g. Microsoft 365)
• Have working experience in IT Support, Helpdesk Support, Service desk Support
• Responsible for IT Support, Hardware, Software and Network.
