Responsibilities

• ดูแล GL เอกสารประกอบงบ และการปิดงบบริษัทย่อย ในกลุ่มอสังหาริมทรัพย์

• ดูแลร่วมกับลูกทีม 1 คนในด้านบัญชีลูกหนี้ เจ้าหนี้ ภาษีซื้อ ภาษีขาย ใบสำคัญจ่าย

• งานปิดบัญชีและรายงานประจำเดือน เช่น จัดทำไฟล์ Bank Reconciliation ประจำเดือน, ภาษีหัก ณ ที่จ่าย, ตัดค่าใช้จ่ายจ่ายล่วงหน้า, ดอกเบี้ยค้างรับ, รายได้ค้างรับต่างๆ และอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องในระบบบัญชี

• จัดทำงบการเงินประจำเดือนเพื่อจัดส่งให้ผู้บริหาร และงานประจำปี เช่น Annual Report, E-Filing ภงด. 50

Qualifications

• วุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี สาขาบัญชี หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง

• ประสบการณ์ 10 ปีขึ้นไป ในด้านบัญชีและการเงิน

• มีความรู้ในระบบ E-Reporting และ E-Filing

• มีความรู้ทางภาษี บัญชี และติดต่อสรรพากร

• สามารถจัดทำงบการเงิน รายงานทางการเงินได้

• มีความรับผิดชอบสูง และสามารถทำงานภายใต้ความกดดันได้
