Quantitative Analyst - CGS International Securities (Thailand) Co., Ltd.

• Data Management & Analytics: Manage, develop, and maintain database systems to ensure data integrity, accessibility, and readiness for advanced quantitative analysis.
• Automation & Tool Development: Develop programs, macros, and scripts using VBA, Python, and Advanced Excel to automate manual workflows, increase reporting speed, and build models for various financial indicators.
• Market Data Utilization: Retrieve, analyze, and generate reports on financial indices and economic variables using international standard platforms such as SETSMART, Bloomberg, and Refinitiv (Eikon).
• Stakeholder Support: Provide data-driven insights aligned with capital market conditions and the macroeconomic outlook. Prepare ad-hoc reports for Institutional Sales (Local & Foreign), Analysts, and Marketing teams to facilitate strategic planning.
• AI Integration: Integrate AI and Machine Learning tools into workflows to improve data analysis, optimize processes, or create innovative models for a competitive advantage.

Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Financial Engineering, Economics, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or other related quantitative fields.

Technical Skills & Knowledge:

• Solid foundational knowledge of the stock market, capital markets, financial mechanisms, and economics (e.g., understanding financial statements, macroeconomic indicators, and equity index behaviors).
• High proficiency in Advanced Excel and VBA.
• Strong programming skills in Python and proficiency in SQL for large-scale data management and analysis.
• Direct experience using SETSMART, Bloomberg, or Refinitiv.
