Equity Derivatives Trader - CGS International Securities (Thailand) Co., Ltd.

• Execute SSF block trades accurately and on time, and manage the SSF block trade system, including system stability, incident resolution, vendor coordination, upgrades, and reporting.

  
  
  

• Price vanilla and exotic structured notes on onshore and offshore underlying assets.

  
  
  

• Manage daily structured note operations, monitor market risk, and prepare pricing sheets for the distribution team.

  
  
  

• Develop and maintain pricing tools using Python and VBA.

  
  
  

• Collaborate with local Distribution and Product teams on client requirements, product suitability, pricing, and transaction execution.

  
  
  

• Support local business development through pricing expertise, product knowledge, market analysis, and competitor insights.

  
  
  

• Work with regional teams on new product initiatives, including product scoping, pricing design, hedging strategies, and operational requirements.

  
  
  

• Support the introduction of regional products into local markets and communicate local product requirements to regional teams.

  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Financial Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in brokerage, with direct experience in the Thai market.

• Working knowledge of equity derivatives, particularly SSF block trades, structured notes, or both.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in Thai and English.

• Proficiency in Python and VBA is required for pricing- or tooling-focused roles but may be developed on the job for execution- or business-development-focused roles.

• Master's degree in a quantitative field or FRM certification is an advantage.

• Knowledge of SQL is preferred.

• Experience managing SSF block trade systems or coordinating with system vendors is an advantage.

• Experience working with regional product, structuring, or trading teams is preferred.

• Experience collaborating with distribution or product teams to drive business growth is an advantage.
