Responsibilities
Job Description
- Arrange quotation and offer price which is competitive and under company’s pricing policy.
- Find new business opportunities and new prospective customers for Customs Clearance service.
- Make a short and long-term plan and do the activities to increase sales and profit.
- Analyze the market's potential, track sales status reports and forecast the possibility and situation.
- Arrange business meetings and visit with customers as well as being the window person of the company to coordinate for explanation, doubtful matters and problems solving.
- Lead and coordinate with team, other relevant sections, suppliers and customers according to customers’ requirements for smooth operation and grasp necessary data on pricing compared with market or competitors.
- Conduct customer satisfaction surveys to find out about the situation or problems and analyze results for prompted improvement.
- Strengthen long-term relationships with existing customers.
- Other duties assigned by management and superiors.
Work Hour and Location
Working hour: Monday - Friday 08.30 - 17.00
Work location: Head office at Asoke-Dindaeng - Bangkok (700 meters away from the MRT station)
Qualifications
- Male/Female, 28-35 years old.
- Graduated bachelor’s degree in any fields, Logistics Management is preferable.
- At least 3-year experiences in sales function, especially in Customs Brokerage and Freight Forwarding business.
- Working experiences at Japanese company and basic knowledge for import-export, customs brokerage and privilege.
- Good command of English language (enable to communicate/meeting in English language). Ability to communicate in Japanese would be advantage.
- Skill-full Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, Power BI is preferable.
- Required skills; Service mind, good interpersonal skills, negotiation skills, able to work under pressure and able to solve problems both unforeseen/ad-hoc situations and long-term period.
- Ability to drive with license is a must.
