Responsibilities
- Operate all export shipment document processes by sea, air and truck modes, to meet client appointment and inquiry.
- Coordinate and closely follow up with customers, airlines, transportation companies, logistics providers and related parties to operate any transportation tasks as plan for smooth operation, including internal coordination with customs brokerage and paperless (EDI).
- Monitor customer complaints and any problems caused by operation and review for service improvement.
- Other jobs assigned by supervisor and management team.
Qualifications
- Male or female
- Thai nationality
- Graduated bachelor’s degree in Logistics Management or related fields.
- At least 1-3 years’ experience in logistics, customs brokerage or freight forwarding business.
- Experience in exporting air-sea freight or shipping documents applied for international trade/business would be advantage.
- Good command in English, require TOEIC score (if any).
- Good computer skills (Ms. Office, especially Ms. Excel)
- Have good service mind, responsible person, accuracy, good problem-solving skill and positive attitude.
