Responsibilities
- Operate all export or import shipment document processes by sea, air and truck modes, to meet client appointment and inquiry, or operate sales jobs of export/import customs brokerage and freight forwarding business.
- In case of export/import customs brokerage; Coordinate and closely follow up with customers, airlines, transportation companies, logistics providers and related parties to operate any transportation tasks as plan for smooth operation, including internal coordination with customs brokerage and paperless (EDI).
- In case of sales; Arrange quotation and offer price under company’s pricing policy, find new business opportunities for customs brokerage service, make a short/long-term plan and do the activities to increase sales and profit, arrange business meetings and visit with customers as well as being the window person of the company to coordinate with them, coordinate with internal/external parties according to smooth operations, conduct customer satisfaction surveys as well as strengthening long-term relationships with existing customers.
- Monitor customer complaints and any problems caused by operation and review for service improvement.
- Other jobs assigned by supervisor and management team.

Qualifications
- Male or female
- Thai nationality
- Graduated bachelor’s degree in Logistics Management or related fields.
- At least 1-3 years’ experience in logistics, customs brokerage or freight forwarding business.
- Experience in exporting air-sea freight or shipping documents applied for international trade/business would be advantage.
- Good command in English, require TOEIC score (if any).
- Good computer skills (Ms. Office, especially Ms. Excel).
- Have good service mind, responsible person, accuracy, good problem-solving skill and positive attitude.
- Thai nationality
- Graduated bachelor’s degree in Logistics Management or related fields.
- At least 1-3 years’ experience in logistics, customs brokerage or freight forwarding business.
- Experience in exporting air-sea freight or shipping documents applied for international trade/business would be advantage.
- Good command in English, require TOEIC score (if any).
- Good computer skills (Ms. Office, especially Ms. Excel).
- Have good service mind, responsible person, accuracy, good problem-solving skill and positive attitude.
Work Location
