Responsibilities
- Technical Proposals & Bidding : Analyze TOR requirements to prepare accurate, compliant technical proposals and bids.
- Site & Field Engineering : Conduct site surveys to evaluate technical feasibility, plan installations, and estimate project budgets.
- Strategic Technical Liaison : Act as the main engineering link between internal teams and global OEM partners for smooth communication.
- QA/QC & Testing Management : Oversee Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and Site Acceptance Testing (SAT) while tracking project progress.
- Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) : Manage Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) work packages to ensure long-term system support and operational readiness.
- Procurement & Vendor Operations : Handle Purchase Orders (POs) and manage sub-contractor agreements to support procurement workflows.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Industrial, Electrical, Electronics, Aviation, Naval or related fields.
- 3–5+ years of proven experience in Project Management, Project Coordination, Project Engineering, or System Integration.
- Strong background in technical proposal development (TOR/Tender/Bidding), international OEM coordination, QA/QC processes, and FAT/SAT execution.
- Understanding of project management principles (Scope, Cost, Time, Risk)
- Knowledge of system integration and/or engineering workflows
- Direct experience in government or public-sector projects is a strong plus.
- Proficient in written and spoken English, with a TOEIC score of 650 or higher.
