Responsibilities
- Technical Coordination : Manage and streamline technical communication clearly between customers, international OEM partners, and internal teams.
- Proposal & Planning Support : Assist with TOR analysis, proposal preparation, cost estimation, and risk assessment to support winning bids.
- Offset Proposal Collaboration : Partner with the Technical Project Engineer to develop effective project-related proposals.
- Project Execution Management : Oversee post-award project activities, including procurement, production schedules, importing, and final delivery.
- Testing & Documentation : Prepare and organize all necessary documentation for system testing, customer acceptance, and delivery.
- Financial & Contract Coordination : Work closely with Finance and Contracts teams to track milestone payments and ensure accurate reporting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering of Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, Electronics, Naval, Aviation, Industrial or related fields
- 3–5+ years of proven experience in Project Management, Project Coordination, Project Engineering
- Experience in coordinating with internal and overseas team
- Experience in managing a large-scale project is an advantage
- Good command of spoken and written in English with TOEIC 650 scores
- Experience in technical documentation is a plus
