Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies for Modern Trade accounts to achieve sales and market share targets.
  • Manage key customer relationships and negotiate commercial agreements effectively.
  • Drive business growth through promotional activities, joint business plans, and competitive market initiatives.
  • Lead and develop the sales team to enhance performance and capability.
  • Presenting New Product for assigned Modern Trade Channel identified the benefit compared with a competitor.
  • Controlling, following up, Collecting Marketing activities, Promotion Post-evaluation, Marketing expenses for Reporting on a monthly basis.
  • Control trade spending and manage budgets to maximize profitability and ROI.
  • Analyze sales performance, identify business issues, and implement improvement plans.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of customer requirements.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer performance to identify new business opportunities.
  • Ensure effective product listing, visibility, merchandising, and promotional execution across assigned accounts.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, business reviews, and performance reports for management.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies, trade terms, and operational standards.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

Qualifications

For Key Account Manager:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related fields.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Key Account Management, preferably within FMCG or beverage industries.
  • Strong experience in Modern Trade channel management and commercial negotiations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to drive sales growth and profitability.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Good Analytical Skill
  • Good Negotiation skills

For Key Account Executive or Assistant Manager:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Economic, and other related fields.
  • Marketing Knowledge and Market situation.
  • Experience with Consumer Goods / FMCG Industry/ in Modern Trade channel is a plus.
  • Good Analytical Skill
  • Good Negotiation skills
