Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor improvement methods, processes, and equipment within production lines.
- Supervise the production of new models during the pre-production phase.
- Analyze customer complaints and monitor the implementation of effective corrective and preventive actions.
- Develop and apply standard problem-solving methodologies to reduce non-conforming products (NG) and minimize waste time in manufacturing.
- Monitor and verify basic part quality during manufacturing, ensuring adherence to established standards.
- Create standard work processes and work instructions for manufacturing lines, ensuring compliance for new models.
Qualifications
- Female / Male
- Age not over 22-25 years old
- Thai nationality only
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, majoring in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering (IE), or a related field.
- 0-3 years of experience in Process Engineering, New Model development, or Electrical Manufacturing. Fresh graduates are welcome.
- Knowledge of 7QC Tools and basic analysis principles.
- Strong analytical skills with logical thinking.
- Proficiency in computer skills.
- Ability to communicate in English.
