Responsibilities
- Prepare and distribute daily production plans in coordination with Production Line Leaders to ensure smooth operations
- Manage production-related documents, including preparation, filing, tracking, and coordination with relevant departments.
- Monitor, order, and control raw material stock to support production schedules efficiently.
- Record and update production data accurately in computer systems and internal reports.
- Control the issuance, storage, and inventory of production equipment, stationery, and operational supplies.
- Coordinate with internal departments to support production activities and resolve operational issues.
- Support continuous improvement in document control, stock management, and production workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- Aged 22 - 28 years old
- Female, Thai Nationality
- Diploma / Higher Vocational Certificate (or equivalent) in Business Administration, Industrial Management, Computer Business, or related fields
- Experience 1-3 years in production administration or manufacturing support is an advantage
- Basic computer literacy, including MS Office applications.
- Good communication and coordination skills
