Responsibilities

  • Manage critical inventory tasks to ensure accurate stock levels of parts.
  • Oversee warehouse operations, ensuring adherence to standards and achievement of monthly and yearly targets.
  • Define and control monthly and yearly inventory counts to maintain accurate part numbers within the system.
  • Maintain precise inventory records, manage stock levels, and oversee stock replenishment processes.
  • Analyze and resolve problems related to inventory control and quantity discrepancies between physical stock and the system.
  • Implement inventory and operational improvements to enhance inventory accuracy and overall efficiency.
  • Manage warehouse area capacity and ensure appropriate and sufficient storage of parts used in production.
  • Define and control the receiving, storage, and replenishment of parts within warehouse and production line areas.
  • Control the delivery of finished goods from production to external storage facilities.
  • Optimize warehouse routine work for increased efficiency.
  • Ensure a safe working environment and maintain working conditions in the warehouse area according to 5S standards.

Qualifications

  • Female
  • Age 35 - 45 years old
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role
  • Proficiency in inventory management systems and warehouse software
  • Experience utilizing SAP, ERP, or WMS software
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, including stock taking and heavy rack management
  • Demonstrated leadership and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage high-pressure situations and meet deadlines
  • Understanding of health, safety, and compliance regulations
  • Good command of English; Japanese language proficiency is a plus
  • Proficient in computer usage, including Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience in Distribution Centre (DC) environments is not accepted.
