Production Engineer - Roland Digital Group (Thailand) Ltd.

1. To implement the controlling and follow up the improvements methods / processes / equipment in the production lines.

2 .Optimizes the use of manpower, operation time and methods as standard in the manufacturing processes, in order to achieve efficiency, productivity, safety and quality.

3. Solving problem in manufacturing line

4. Follow up and check basic part quality and during the manufacturing as standard determine

5. Follow up and check production output compare with plan then report to supervisor

6. Create standard work process and work instructions for manufacturing line and monitoring

7. Analyze/solve and improve the manufacturing process to high efficiency

8. Manage subordinates under Company's rules and policies are followed and applied fairly

• Male or Female 
• Age 24- 30 years old (Thai nationality only)
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering Major in Mechanical Engineer, Industrial Engineering (IE), or other relevant field.
• Experience at least 2-5 years in Production Line /Process engineer / Manufacturing
• Leadership skill (e.g. working with >10 subordinates etc.)
• Good analysis base on logical of thinking.
• Good computer proficiency (Microsoft Office)
• Good command of English, both written and spoken
