Responsibilities
- Develop and implement organizational Food Safety and other Quality System Standards in compliance with relevant requirements (GHPs, FSSC22000, BRC, GDP (Good Distribution Practice)).
- Encourage and maintain all related quality management systems to be in the standard level.
- Prepare related forms and document control for quality control and food safety/quality management system standards.
- Lead, plan, and operates internal audits and external audits related to GHPs and other food safety /quality management system standards.
- Summarize and repors audit findings, answer CARs, and follow up on corrective actions measure, for both internal and external audits.
- Establish HACCP plan.
- Conduct training and develop internal team on food safety, hygiene, and quality standards, and quality assurance practices.
- Collect and update information related to food safety and other quality management system standards and report to relevant departments.
- Implement Company's regulations and safety rules & regulations strictly.
- Operational or any responsibility assigned.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in food science, Food Technology or related fields.
• Age 25 - 33 years old.
• At least 3 years of experience in QMS Document Control, Quality Assurance (QA), Quality Control (Q.C.), GHPs/HACCP/FSSC22000 or other Food Safety Standards document control or in food production fields
• Good knowledge of GHPs, HACCP, ISO22000, FSSC22000, BRC, Food Fraud and Food Defense Programmes, GDP, etc.
• Good command in computer skills (Microsoft Office, Google Drive/Sheets)
• Good command in English, especially writing and reading
• Good communication and analytical skills.
• Flexible and able to work under pressure.
• Positive attitude and open-minded.
